This week’s team member spotlight features our office Manager Kristin B. Kristin plays so many roles in our office that we wonder how we would ever get along without her.

Kristin is caring and compassionate making her a great person to work with. In addition, her many skills and duties in the office make her irreplaceable!

What do you do at Odell?
“Office Manager”
If you could write your own job title for what you do here what would it be?
“Jack of All Trades, Master of None”
What do you love about working at Odell?
“I genuinely enjoy my teammates and coming to work each day. We all get along really well, and it makes for a fun and relaxed environment. I think this industry has a lot to offer, from customer service to learning about design and construction, so it keeps things interesting and definitely eliminates the feeling of monotony.”
If you won the lottery today, what would you do with the money?
“I would pay off my debt, and use it to complete some home renovations of my own!”
What activities do you enjoy outside of work?
“Anything that gets me outside to enjoy the sunshine (even if that means doing the dreaded yard work), projects around the house, spending time with friends and family, and just staying busy!”
