Rocky River Design + Build Remodeling
Originally called Rockport Township, the city of Rocky River was born in 1930. This west side suburb of Cleveland is known as a city with a small town feel, and has a tight knit community and loyal locals! With nearly a quarter (22%) of the houses being constructed before 1939, and three quarters before 1969, these homes are full of character and craftsmanship.
Due to these historic homes, finding a remodeling contractor that you can trust is the top priority when deciding to remodel. Find a remodeler that can update the home to your needs, all while maintaining the integrity and character of the space.
As active members of the Rocky River Chamber of Commerce, the Odell team has spent a lot of time in this community. From volunteering on committees, attending monthly luncheons, and even sponsoring events, we thoroughly enjoy meeting new people and supporting our local businesses. We even had one of our employees featured as a member spotlight!
Please see a sample of our Rocky River projects below, and let us know if you have any questions. It’s never too soon to connect. We’d love to help you and be your local remodeling company!
Master Bathroom remodeling
This Rocky River bathroom included a stunning custom shower with slate pebble tiles. A large walk-in master closet is on the other side of this space allowing for the clients to have a functional prepping area.
This basement bar was fully equipped with a wine cooler, sink, granite countertops, and a custom built-in wine rack. There was also an eating area where the clients could host their guests for get-togethers.
Full Bath remodels
We completely gutted and re-framed this full bath by re-locating the shower area. By doing this, we were able to make the shower far less cramped. We also significantly brightened up the space.
