This is the story of a couple who found their paradise right in their own backyard and a 120 years old apartment complex due for a modern face-lift.

A lot of luxury was packed into the limited footprint of the original bathroom of this 1922 Colonial. By eliminating an unused chimney running through the bathroom, we were able to make the space feel more open and allow for minor modifications in layout that had a significant impact overall.
